Cheesy Yet Feels Like Home!

Ahh I miss them 80's style action flicks!!!

I just rented/downloaded Behind Enemy Lines: Colombia from the Playstation Network Store and watched it.  Produced by the WWE, directed by Tim Matheson, and starring Mr. Kennedy of WWE fame.  All I can say is this movie is incredibly cheesy yet reminded me of the old 80's action flicks I remember sitting in front of the TV and watching all day.  

Basically it's a flick about a fireteam of Navy SEALs who go into Colombia to recon a supposed guerilla camp that was building in the jungle.  All hell breaks loose when a peace conference between the Colombian Army and members of the F.A.R.C. are gunned down while the SEALs are reconning the area. Of course you know where that leads to...  AN AWESOME GUN FIGHT!!!  LOL!  And of course you know it's a plot to frame the SEALs and then a whole lot of bravado and ass kicking begin.  I won't tell you how it ends but overall I'd watch it again, just for the sheer entertainment value!

Starring WWE's Mr. Kennedy, this flick was filled with a lot of macho bravado that Navy SEALs don't normally show out in public.  Hence the nickname "The Quiet Professionals".  But of course it wouldn't be Hollywood if they were normal dudes...  

It's more of a rent but overall good flick to grab some popcorn and a soda or beer and kick back and relax for an hour and a half!

Heart Healthy?

OMG, WHY???  LOL!!!

So me and a few buddies were talking about burgers on our SOCOM clan's message board and In N' Out came up my squad leader was telling me that I needed to try some fries "Animal Style", and a Cheeseburger "Whole Grill", I was like heck any smothered french fry dish I'm all about that!!!  And from what I gathered about the "Whole Grill" that's a grilled cheese...  Although I could be wrong...  S0 I was looking up the "Secret" menu online and I found a link to the mystical and I'd say most LETHAL burger on the In N' Out menu...

The 100X100!!!  Holy crap!  It's so disgusting looking, but I totally have the mind to try and order it...  It's the car wreck syndrome...  You want to turn away but you cant!!!  Of course the burger is damn near 100 bones...  So forget that...  I'll just get me a 4X2 and be happy...  LOL

Have You Ever...

Been sooo lazy that you didn't want to do ANYTHING?  I guess being jobless hasn't helped my cause, although I'm getting better as a SOCOM player and my Tiger Woods dude is like an 8.3 or something like that... 

I guess since my dad's stroke I have been trying to focus on getting his admin stuff done I didn't have a lot of time to think about myself...  BTW moving from AZ to NV freakin' sucks...  Now that the worst of it is over I'm like "Oh crap, I gotta go work and all that but it's kind of hard when you're not digging on working in a town you know is dying economically...  It just doesn't want to admit it!  

Although finally the SOCOM 1.3 patch arrived on Friday that was pretty cool!  I haven't tried to rank up as much as I usually would have to get my Petty Officer 1st Class rank I figure might as well just take it slow and enjoy the view in the event they reset our stats again!!!  lol!  

Now time to think of some witticisms for the show, coming up faster than I can imagine...  One interesting stat he has like 40 some odd listeners...  I guess iTunes does work!  LOL
